Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eduz Team ERP — the production ERP for Indian schools, coaching centres, and education stakeholders.
Scope: These terms apply to eduz.team and ALL role subdomains. Marketing properties have their own terms — same legal entity.

1. Acceptance

By using Team ERP you accept these terms. Material changes are emailed 30 days in advance.

2. Eligibility & registration

  • Team ERP is invite-only during trial.
  • Children under 13: verified parental consent only.
  • Accurate info on signup.
  • You safeguard credentials.

3. Permitted use

Educational + operational use within your tenant.

4. Prohibited

  • No abuse, harassment, illegal content.
  • No reverse-engineering / scraping.
  • No sharing credentials.
  • No jailbreaking AI companions.
  • No homework ghost-writing.

5. Content & IP

Eduz IP owned by Eduz Learning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. User content stays yours; you grant a licence for service delivery.

6. Payments

  • Pre-paid monthly / annual.
  • Razorpay-processed.
  • Full refund within 7 days first purchase if unsatisfied.
  • INR + GST.

7. AI limitations

  • AI can err. Verify with authoritative sources.
  • Not professional advice.
  • Not a crisis tool.

8. Service availability

Target 99.5% uptime. Pre-announced maintenance.

9. Liability

Capped at 12-month preceding fees. No indirect / consequential.

10. Governing law

India. Bengaluru jurisdiction.

11. Termination

You may terminate via account settings. We may suspend for violations. Deletion per Privacy Policy.
